Any item you don't love can be exchanged or returned , no exceptions! This includes sale and clearance items, as well as gifts.

The items are for personal use and must be unwashed, unused and in their original condition inside their intact packaging.

Online Shopping:

• Within 30 days of purchase* : The 30-day period begins from the date your order is shipped. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method after we review and assess the condition of the returned products and confirm they are in good condition as described above.

• In-store returns: Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. If proof of purchase is not provided or cannot be located, the store will send the return to the distribution center. In this case, please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, plus an additional 3-5 business days for your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important: Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons awarded at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund or credit amount.
